Monthly Compliance

Our minimum service fee is 10,000 Baht per month for an active company, but billing depends on the actual amount of financial transactions per month.


Annual Compliance

The annual compliance service includes the following:

• Corporate income tax return (Form PND 50);
• Personal income tax return (Form PND 91);
• Corporate compliance with Ministry of Commerce (Forms SBC 3 & BOJ 5); and
• Statutory audit.
  

Our minimum service fee is 50,000 Baht per year for an active company, but depends on the actual amount of financial transactions per month.
